Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the 2048 mobile game ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when you install, open, and play the App.
Information We Collect
The App does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment information.
The App may process the following information:
- Gameplay data stored on your device: scores, best score, game mode state, board state, coins, rewards, achievements, settings, and similar progress data.
- Advertising data: information used by Google AdMob to show ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and provide rewarded ads.
- Analytics data: app usage events, device information, approximate region, app version, session activity, and similar diagnostics collected through Firebase Analytics.
- Crash data: crash reports, stack traces, device state, operating system version, app version, and related diagnostics collected through Firebase Crashlytics.
- Consent choices: privacy and advertising consent choices handled through Google's User Messaging Platform where required.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- save your local game progress and preferences;
- show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads;
- grant in-game rewards after eligible rewarded ads;
- understand app performance and improve gameplay quality;
- detect, diagnose, and fix crashes or technical problems;
- comply with advertising consent and privacy requirements.
Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, coarse location signals, and diagnostic information to provide, personalize, measure, and improve ads, depending on your region and consent choices.
Rewarded ads are optional. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, the App grants the displayed in-game reward after the ad reward is confirmed.

Analytics and Crash Reporting
The App uses Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage and Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes and stability issues. These services are provided by Google Firebase.
You can learn more about Firebase privacy and security here: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Consent Choices in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland
Where required, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and manage consent for ads and analytics-related processing. Depending on your location and the choices available to you, you may be able to accept, reject, or customize certain data processing purposes.
The App includes a privacy options entry in Settings when privacy options are available, so you can revisit your choices.
Google provides more information about User Messaging Platform here: https://developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy.

Scores, coins, rewards, game state, achievements, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not currently provide cloud sync, account login, multiplayer servers, or online leaderboards.
If you uninstall the App, local game data may be deleted by your device operating system.
